This Privacy Policy describes what information the Privata VPN service collects and processes, and how it is used. We take user privacy very seriously and adhere to a no-logs policy.

General Provisions

By using the Privata VPN service, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, please stop using the service.

No-Logs Principle

Privata VPN does not collect or store:

browsing history;
traffic content;
DNS queries;
IP addresses, resources you visited, or connection time;
information about your activities within the network.

We are technically unable to track user activity.

What Information May Be Collected

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary for the service to operate.

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

Telegram ID when using the bot
selected profile settings
subscription information (plan, expiration date)

Technical Information

May be collected automatically and used exclusively for service operation:

payment status information (successful/unsuccessful);
technical data for generating WireGuard/AmneziaWG configurations (public key);
server status information (load, slots).

This information does not contain data about your internet activity.

Payment and Card Data

We do not store:

card numbers,
CVV,
card expiration dates,
bank details.

All payments are processed through certified third-party payment systems (e.g., YooKassa, Lava, Crypto payments). The service receives only information about the transaction status (successful/cancelled).

Cookies and Metrics

We do not use tracking cookies and do not track users. Functional cookies may be used for the proper operation of the site (e.g., interface language).

Data Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not transfer, sell, or exchange users' personal information with third parties. Exceptions are only possible if:

required by law in the jurisdiction of third-party services (e.g., payment operators);
necessary for infrastructure operation (server providers, but personal data is not transmitted to them).

Data Storage

We only store information that is necessary for the subscription to work. Data is generated minimally and automatically deleted after you stop using the service.

Requests can be sent via the Telegram bot or to the support address.
